Dress Code, Golf Course Rules & General Etiquette
Green Oaks Country Club is a casual and relaxed atmosphere where members and their guests can feel at ease in a comfortable environment. Green Oaks members do take pride in the Club, so please take a moment to review our Guest Information to allow for an informed and seamless visit.
Clubhouse Dress Code
- Golf hats or caps may not be worn in the dining areas except on the patio. However fashionable hats will be permitted, excluding any type of baseball or golf hat. Men’s shirts designed to be worn outside the waistband are acceptable. Other fashions appropriate to the occasion are also acceptable.
- While jeans and denim are allowed in the Clubhouse, they must be appropriate, and not be ripped, tattered, stained or worn.
- After 6:00 pm, smart casual shall be the appropriate dress in the Dining Room and golf shoes shall not be permitted. Dress code for special events will be indicated on the announcement for such events.
Tennis Dress Code
- Appropriate tennis attire is required when playing.
- Only tennis shoes should be worn on the court.
Fitness Center
Only suitable attire, as may be determined by the Board, may be worn inside the Fitness Center:- Men: T-shirts, gym shorts, warm-up pants, socks, and sneakers
- Women: Leotards, tights, warm-up suits, T-shirts, appropriate shorts, socks, and sneakers
- Not Allowed: Street clothes, denim blue jeans, flip-flops or sandals, cutoffs, clothing containing metal of any kind
Pool
- Only Proper swimming attire is allowed in the pool area. Cutoffs are not allowed.
- Wet bathing suits are not allowed outside the pool area or inside the fitness center.
- Cover-up attire and footwear must be worn to and from the swimming pool area.
- Children who are not potty-trained must wear protective pants in the swimming pool(s).
The Board reserves the right the change, amend or otherwise change the Dress Code.

Landscaped areas are to be played as ground under repair. White Stakes and perimeter roads indicate out of bounds.Please respect the Rules and Regulations, of

Please replace divots and repair ball marks.Rake all bunkers.
Keep golf carts on paths around greens and tees.
Observe all cart signs and stakes.
Please keep cart 30 feet from the greens.
Please do not remove any flag out of hole on any green.
Keep mindful of pace of play.
Groups are expected to keep up with group ahead.
